The softball region representative will gather nominations for All State. This is the same person designated to get All-Star nominations.  This coach should meet with all softball coaches in his/her region to rank the players in that region.  This will help them when they attend the meeting to select the All State players in their classification.

Nominees for All-State may be from grades seven through twelve.  Each region may nominate as many players as there are softball teams in that region.

Each region representative will submit the nominations with each player's statistics to the SCCAWS Softball Chairperson by the deadline they are given

Each classification's region representatives will meet, chaired by a SCCAWS board member, to select 18 All State players.  Each region representative should be present to give a fair representation.  The nominations are discussed and the All State team is voted on ONLY one voting representative per region my be present.
