Responsibilities of Region Representatives

 

  1. Rep will represent the region in which he/she is a coach

  2. Rep. Will represent a specific sport for which he/she coaches.

  3. Rep. Will be responsible for the nominations which are mailed from other coaches within his/her region to him/her. These nominations will be forwarded by the Rep. To the proper SCCAWS officer. All Star will be mailed to the Executive Secretary. All State will be mailed to the current President. Player of the year will be mailed to the POY chairperson.

  4. Rep. Must see that all mail - ins meet the specified deadlines

  5. Rep. Will see that the All State nominees are ranked and will represent the specific region at the All State selection meeting.

  6. Rep. Will make sure region coaches have voted/chosen/ranked the #1 player for each sport for the player of the year nominations.
